On June 6, 2018, after almost a year long fight, the arbritrator in Jaime Rivera's grievance ordered the company to immediately reinstate him with full seniority and make him whole for any wages and benegits lost as a result of his wrongful termination. 

“The business agents were upfront, they said it would take a while. I had never been in a situation like this before, or in a trail or court setting. We'd start at 10:00am and end at 7:00pm. The last day of the trail, they were all there. Supporting me, talking to me, treat me well. It felt good to have some talk to me as a person, not a union member, but a person" said Jaime Rivera
